We are looking for an enthusiast and well organized technical developer to join our international sales’ team and support our company's growth.
Main activities
After extensive in-house technical training on products and regulations, the successful candidate will support company growth by understanding the engineering and architectural requirements for fire safety in different projects / countries.
The action is aimed at supporting the prescription activity of the company's solutions in the tenders for international projects, and occasionally at the development of cooperation with potential customers for the installation of the solutions.
Activities include:
✅ Visiting architectural and engineering studios to illustrate the range of products and digital solutions to support project design;
✅ Conduct on-site inspections to quantify the needs of passive fire protection solutions / better understand project requirements;
✅ Organise training sessions to teach clients how to install the company's products in compliance with certified configurations;
✅ Hold occasional webinars or in-person technical seminars;
✅ Studying and comparing the regulations of different countries / understanding the specific requirements of a given market to provide insights for R&D investments;
✅ Supporting the company at exhibitions and industry events abroad;
✅Supporting the drafting of German / English contents to assist operations in target markets.
Requirements :
- technical background (Architecture, Building/Civil Engineering, Surveyor or equivalent studies)
- excellent knowledge of English and German or French ;
- fair knowledge of Italian;
- willingness to undertake frequent travel to EMEA countries (up to 50% of total time).
Plus :
✅ Knowledge of other relevant languages (French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Arabic);
✅ Experience in engineering or architecture companies - technical design offices - technical offices of plant installation companies;
✅ Direct experience or interest in the fire protection sector;
✅ Knowledge of the BIM approach to design and good knowledge of AutoDesk Revit ;
✅ Public speaking experience for technical training seminars;
✅ Interest and ability to write technical content as articles and posts for the company's official and social communication channels.
